This restaurant is good for yum cha especially for morning tea. They open at 7am to 2:30pm everyday. They are quite full in weekends and public holiday but in weekdays, it is easier find seats there. They serve different kinds of dim sum. Some are even make to order. They charge tea per person depending on what kind of tea you order. The cheapest is one yuan and then four yuan for the rest of tea selection. They also serve coffee too which is 10 yuan per cup. I would say the food quality is good and not too salty. They have MSG but it‘s not too much. The dim sum portion is big too. The menu has rice & noodle but I didn’t try. If you drive there, there are many parking spaces right outside the restaurant. Other than that may be taking a taxi is easier to go there. They are located on street level so wheelchair is ok. The ambience is ok with chinese style decoration. Service is perfect cos there are many waiters around. The price performance is excellent and they have lucky draw when you check out. I am lucky to get a small tin of tea leaves. There is background music with Sam Hui songs while I was there. Restroom is inside the restaurant, it is relatively ok. The venue is clean and the seating is comfortable. It is not a big restaurant but with this size, it is still comfortable when you dine in weekdays. One thing they need to improve is the tableware. They are using the plastic white plates, cups, bowls etc… There is a strong bleach smile so maybe they are using the bleach to keep the white color of the tableware. It is so strong that when you drink the tea, you can taste or smell the bleach. The other thing they need to improve is the gravy. I found they use a lot of gravy in some dim sum. Even though the gravy is not too salty but it is too thick and the color is too dark. It is good that they can make the color lighter, use less dark soy sauce and not too too thick gravy, a thinner layer is preferred or even no need gravy. Overall, the food quality is good.
