Chef Ecy’s Dining Experience:🥰 Ambience | Service | Price | Easy Access | Corkage Fee | Wheelchair | Easy Parking | Cake Cutting Fee🙂 Restroom Cleanliness | Food😠 Pet FriendlyThere are many branches of this Hunan restaurant in China like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Xian, etc etc, The one I went is located in Shenzhen CoCo Park. It‘s a weekday for lunch and I still need to wait outside for 30mins. They served lemon water while we were waiting. Their signature dish is the stir-fry Iberico pork with green chilli 辣椒炒肉 RMB68. It can be paired with a glass of jumbo lemon tea RMB19. You can order less sweetened for the lemon tea. The pork meat is very tender and the taste is good. It’s a bit spicy but to me, I am ok. I would suggest you have to order steamed rice to eat together. The rice comes in with a rice cooker to keep warm, even for a one bowl order RMB5… this quantity of rice already enough for 2-3 people. I found this dish is yummy but a bit greasy and salty. Anyway, there are many other dishes you can order from the menu. We chose the stir-fry cauliflower and the fried fish too… The cauliflower is delicious but still a bit greasy and salty. That is why steamed rice is very important to serve together. The whole fish looks presentable. The meat is very tender and overall the sauce is not too spicy. I found the fish has been deep fried first but it is too overfried covered by the sauce and chilli. This kind of Hunan cuisine is typically with spicy and salty flavor. The mall has parking or if you take subway, take the 購物公園地鐵站 Exit F and walk to Level B1. Wheelchair is ok to access cos the mall has lift going up and down. There is no restroom inside the restaurant and you have to use the ones outside in the mall. It’s clean. Overall price performance is excellent, everything is not expensive at all.
